    show internal calls in realtime

    The client is internal IT support team. Because IPO cannot bar internal calls or disable Caller ID, lots of users call the extension directly. Is there any way to show internal/incoming calls received directly to the agent?

    In Realtime elements in IPOCC one can show internal/direct calls for all IPO users which are configured in IPOCC as Telephone. Create a Telephone group with the Telephones of interest, in Realtime information open the Phone state monitor for this Telephone group.

      I have tried this one but it only gives live status. Is there any way to show history e.g. the number of internal call answered?
