    IVR comes error

    It seems the IVR module is quite fragile. It has happened several times that all the calls went straight to the error exit of the IVR module. I had to restart the watchdog to fix the issue. I checked the event viewer and could not see anything happened when the IVR went down.

    @bennylu: I got the same problem with you. I have to restart Watchdog service then IPOCC works for a couple of hours. If I reboot the IPOCC server then it keep working for few days. The problem doesn't happen when there is no logged in agent.
    Have you got any solutions yet?

      If you are on 9.0 release might want to look into patch IPOCC9.0.3701.1446
