Hi All,
I've hopefully got this in the correct section. We've had a client that's got an AVAYA IP Office system version 10 (according to ABOUT) and we have recently moved them from an on premise email server (Exchange 2010) to Mircosoft's Office 365 cloud platform and since the move their voicemail to email has stopped which we thought would just need to be re-pointed to their new email system. We have done this in IP Office manager and have setup the users to send a copy to the correct email address but nothing goes into their mailboxes. Also for some reason we have pointed it back to the on-premise email server which although doesn't receive email still sends out but again nothing comes in.I have checked the email logs and it doesn't even appear to be getting out/sending at all.
Is there anything we can check to see why this is ?
Thanks
