IPOCC call fails to return to queue

    IPOCC call fails to return to queue

    When a call is sent to an agent and that agent doesn't answer the call it logs the agent out like it should, however the call just continues to ring the same agents phone instead of being re-directed back to the queue or to a different available agent. What am I missing here?
