What would cause the Announcements in the Task Flow to stop playing? Calls go into the Topic and callers are queued for next available Agent and when Agent becomes free call connects, but during wait no Music or Announcements are heard. System restyart corrects issue.

I found there is a critical patch you may need to play welcome messages.
But what I also found was that if the welcome wavefile is too big the subsequent
Announcement plus DTMF fails (you can not enter any digits)....
Try a shorter test wave file in first welcome announcement. -
