Is there a way to "farm" the abandoned call list and set them up as an outbound campaign? The idea is to try and emulate the Aura call back while holding your place in queue.
There is an abandoned list like in realtime information in historical reporting too.
counter totNCallListExt gives a list of caller, who hang up during waiting, with caller ID, this report can be exported and adjusted via excel marco to bring it in a format to import in for outbound dialer
