I setup CCR for one customer everything was fine, except that we can not see in browser "Templates Reports Types" as in attached picture showing http://s7.postimg.org/i8stwr8m3/CCR.png, I try to reset web server, all CCR services i did not solve the problem also I try to reinstall Silverlight , java runtime, report builder also i did not solve problem, the customer is so angry from me and i need urgent solution for this problem
