Hi all,
We've moved from on premise email (Exchange 2010) to cloud based (Office 365) and our voicemail to email has stopped. I've changed the SMTP settings accordingly but nothing is coming through or even hitting the email server so I've gone into SysMonitor and selected EMAIL to monitor and started it but nothing is logged at all. The screen shows "Warning TEXT logging to file STARTED on ............" but nothing happens after this ?
any ideas would be great.
