    The sample IVR does not work after fresh installed IPO CC and IPO 9.0.3

    Hi all,

    I am a newbie on IPO CC. I have just setup and IPO CC + IPO 500v2 on 9.0.3.

    I used the sample data configuration work sheet of IPO CC on my system. CDN call now is working my system; however, the sample IVR does not work. when agent is not available, call from customer will be automatically dropped although the intention of the script is customer will hear music

    Could you please how can I identify the root cause of the issue?

    which IVR script do you use? is the imported script assigned to IVR?
    just to test: modify the taskflow in the way: topic - IVR script, does this work?
