Email auto login/signin

Is it possible to have the IPOCC auto login to email when and agent logs in?

Currently it appears that the agent is auto signed into phone. but has to click the "email" tab before it will login to email

It should be a privilege in the privileges for that agent. Look under the email tab in the privileges for that user, and select automatic sign-on.

I've checked that Privilege, but the agents still have to actually click on the "Email" tab on the left side of the screen before it "Auto" signs them in.

Default Application

You can choose a default application for the UI.

Go to -> UI config -> doubleclick Agent or a Profile (if used).

Tab Application -> Choose E-Mail.

The E-Mail Module will be loaded, when the UI starts.
