Caller ID to display on UI screen

Customer currently sees the incoming Caller ID on their telephone. Customer would like this number to display on the Agents UI screen when the Agent answers the call. Do not want to do a database lookup, just display the Caller ID on the PC. Simple way?

You should be able to just add a task tag element to your telephony screen and display the calling number task tag.

Thanks! Have the caller ID number being displayed on the UI. If the Telco also sends the name. can that also be displayed at the same time without doing a "screen pop"?

Name can be set with tag CCK_Customer_Name
