Hey guys,
I have an IPOCC server with the latest 9.0.3 patch running.
Discovered my stats are all out of whack... Then Contact Center and Agent status reports are showing calls happening ahead by 1 hour
And it appears the stats for historical reporting are all behind by 1 hour
Help!!!
