IPOCC 9.0.3 - Queue position / estimated answer time
Hello,
I'm using IPOCC 9.0.3 with installed critical patch and try to setup voice informatuon about queue position and estimated answer time not work .
I cant's see variable "c.positionInQueue" in my IPOCC, and i can't add it as system (user only)
I tried also with variable „Mon_AvgTConvWait” assigned to the topic, but IVR plays always "0 second"
What should I do to make it works?
I would be grateful for any help.
