We have a customer that want to us the presence capability from one-X Portal within the IPOCC UI. Using the Internet Browser element, I have added the one-X Portal address to the Telephony file. When I log in as the agent I am able get the one-X Porta login page, but once I log in, I only see a blank page.
Has anybody managed to get one-x Portal to work when embedded within the agent UI.
