    Can IPOCC emails be archived by the customer?

    Completed E-mails can be saved in an Archive database.
    This can do via E-mail configuration -> Tab Archive/Delete
    It can set an automatic schedule for the archive task.
    It can defined:
    - All documents older than xx (seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years)
    - Schedule Start and End
    - Repeat

    The Agent needs the privilege E-Mail Administrator

    Agent with the approriate privilege (E-Mail Archive) can see the archived E-mails and search for a specific E-mail.

    Please Note:
    Archived E-mails can not be placed back in the active system.

      To clarify, are the emails archived within the IPOCC server, or can the customer archive the emails on an external server?

        Standard is IPOCC server

        In the standard setting is the archive db on the IPOCC Server. This is the standard scenario.


        You can install the archive database on a separate server (not the IPOCC server), but you need appropriate knowlegde how to install and configure. This feature is not described in the IPOCC manuals.
