hi. tried to create new agents on the agent tab by logging in administrator account. but the create tab was grayed out thus i am unable to click on the button. anyone encountering this issue also?

Please check your licence. Is the number of allowed agents exeeded (30 or 100 in Ipocc 9.0 or 250 in lpocc 9.1? -
You may want to check out Product Support Notice PSN004430u as well.
I have a BP with the same issue and the error list shows it is awaiting the 250 base license, but has only 40 Agents and the base 100 license valid
And this is not a turnkey installationComment

In case you have lpocc 9.1 and base100 licence the user interface has no valid licence and no agent can be createdComment
