    IPOCC Agent Headsets

    Is it possible for an Agent with a wireless headset to answer an incoming call when not at their desk or must they actually answer the call from the UI client?

    If the headset works as telephone

    Yes, if an Agent can answer the call and end (hang up) the call with the headset.
