    Phantom Calls

    Has anyone had any issues with phantom calls with a topic? I have a topic which is using an IVR to repeat a message every 45 seconds with an option to opt out for voice mail. The topic works but calls get stuck in the queue even after the call is completed.

      I have the same problem on 9.0.3 patched with 9.0.3708.1509
      Same IVR scenario as well
      Subsequent callers hear the announcement message but DTMF will not work till the IVR application is stopped/started again or watchdog is restarted
      When the "call" is stuck - there is no call waiting but you can see in VC_VUS trace that a call is looping in the announcement and can't get out - CPU usage on ivr application gradually becomes very high
      I thought it was a caller hanging up and the port didn't drop. I did add an information on connection element to check if a call exists still - following what I found documented but either its not working or the logic is not correct or its something else .....
      I have a ticket open but no answers yet...... It becomes service affecting several times a day so I am hoping a resolution is found ASAP
