    IPOCC IVR option

    IPOCC functioning but when add the IVR to route calls back to the greeting after being in queue, just get dead air. Where are we amiss?

    I found the same if I had the wav file stored in a folder other than in the Default Folder. Not sure your issue is as simple as that or not. The Default Folder is Program Data > Avaya > IPOCC > Voice Control > work > Announcements. If you want them someplace else you need to indicate the different folder location for the selection of the wav file in the IVR script.
