    contactstore / customer call reporter

    Hi All.

I have been tasked with moving a contact store / customer call reporter off of one company's network onto our network.

I have read through what manuals I have found, but wonder if anyone has done this previously and if they have any documentation on the procedures.

    Help is appreciated.

    Regards

If the address IP change you must to have carefull with the configuration on IPO CCR. But let me to know if the topology will change and if you have a diagram of the new and previous network.

    Reggards!

      Hi there.

      Thanks for the response.

What would you like to see in the way of images?

The "main" change made was to put the IPO, IPOCC and IPOCCR onto a new network. That is it.

On the IP Office, the LAN port, which is still on the 10.9.x.x address was given one of our addresses. 10.200.1.x (Addresses have been changed to protect the stupid ... :-D)

When the changes were made, I could ping every interface on the IP Office, on the IPOCCR and IPOCC servers. The phones, however, did not register... and the IPOCCR stayed disconnected even after a reboot, though the services started no problem. I was told it was because I had system status open and it was using a license... though that makes no sense to me anyway... but I have been told I'm not the brightest lightbulb...

We are scheduling attempt number 2 for later this week. and hopefully everything works ok this time (I'm gonna nab a network guy just to be on the safe side.)

      Regards
