TLS configuration in IPOCC

HI,

How to configure TLS in IPOCC for mail, i have looked into support site there is no specific document for TLS configuration. where can i find document regarding TLS Configuration.

TLS for SMTP

1. Open IPOCC User Interface as Administrator
2. Choose E-Mail configuration in menu Go to.
3. Click Components.
4. Click C3000 SMTP Connector
5. Enter the TLS Settings in tab General.
6. Please note: Restart the SMTP Connector to activate the changes.

TLS is available with IPOCC 9.1.

TLS for IMAP or POP3

1. Open IPOCC User Interface as Administrator
2. Choose Configuration in menu Go to.
3. Choose Topics in menu menu Configuration.
4. Edit the appropriate topic.
5. Click on tab E-mail.
6. Click Details.
7. Choose Protocol POP3 or IMAP4.
8. Choose the Encryption.
9. Enter the appropriate settings.
10. Please note: Restart the POP3-IMAP4 Connector to activate the changes.

Thanks for your info. i was able to configure SMTP, but for IMAP/POP3 config there is no option to select the encryption type under Topics, can you please explain where to config TLS for IMAP/POP3 protocol.
