Thanks, however, It's available only for IPOCC 9.1.2?

only with 9.1.2 and only for Chrome Book/Box, not for Chrome Browser in other operating systems

Still waiting when the support for browser(other than IE) will be provided in Agent desktop.

As currently only IE is configured in inbuilt browser page, we are using the same to open customer's CRM and lot of customer's are complaining about it. They want it on chrome
