I have a ipoffice tried everything to unlock phone remotely had user try to unlock. screen says locked terminal. tried password 0000 still nothing no one knows what the code is. any help appreciated

You have to use the user login code configured in user\telephony\supervisor settings.

If you don't know the code anymore you can set a new one there.
