    TT_Version * IPOConnectionType=not initialized

    Greetings all,

We are setting up a new IPO CC server and have run into an issue.

The voice topics are working, but email has not been added and a sequence of errors is displayed when an "agent" attempts to login to the email Group.
    1. Common error occured in call center connection!
    2. The E-Mail application has requested to be shut down due to a fatal error.
    3. No connection to UM system or UM processes do not work.

Any thoughts on what to trouble shoot? We double checked the work based on the "IP Office Contact Center - Email & Chat Services Task Based Guide", but it still isn't working.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Jb

    Check the UM system

    TTrace - UMRTaskserver

    Please enter the command PrintServerState.

    DB: OK
    UMS: OK
    TSM: OK
    Kernel/Vectors: OK
    ClientAdapter: OK

Is a TaskFlow with E-Mail active?

        Agent PC

The TTrace Messages show that the UM System is working.

Please login as Agent on the IPOCC Server.

Does the issue exist also on the IPOCC Server?
Is it an issue of the connection between Agent PC and the IPOCC Server?

        TTrace TaskServerManager:
        Command: PrintTS
        example: 1:name=UMRTaskServer, tsID=4fxxxxxxxxx

        TTrace Kernel
        Command: PrintTS
        example: 2: UMRTaskserver TaskType=Email. tsID=4fxxxxxxxx, pabxId=xxxx

Does the issue exist also on the IPOCC Server?: Interesting when logging onto the server as an Agent, I am not able to select an extension, so voice is not working, but E-Mail did work.

Is it an issue of the connection between Agent PC and the IPOCC Server?
The Agent PC is able to connect to voice Topics, but not E-Mail. As stated above, the opposite is true when logging the same agent onto the server directly.

            Check Workplace configuration

Please check the appropriate Workplace configuration.

Do not use the Type: NC

You can delete the Workplace. It is set automatically.

                Same Issue

I am having the same issue, when logging a client in on both a remote UI Client on a workstation, and a UI Client directly on the server. I have deleted all the workplaces, but the problem persists.

I do notice that the Kernel/Vectors and ClientAdapter are NOT OK....so how do i fix this? do a repair on the IPOCC UMR Server item in programs and features?

                Current state : TSMReady
                Previous state : UMSReady

                DB : OK
                UMS : OK
                TSM : OK
                Kernel/Vectors : NOT OK
                ClientAdapter : NOT OK

In TTrace console i get the following error under UMRTaskServer:

                UMRTS-Log-IF [RequestProcessor-98 ] - (UMS ->) ClientAdapterImpl.createObserverSession [collectorId: 1661538570|25625857|1442521083|816292113 / observerId: 0.11915606]

                  Fixed

Figured this out....turns out the default task flow somehow became corrupted. Saved default task flow as new task flow and tried to save and activate, received an error. Checked out the line in the vescript.txt supposedly causing the error, nothing was wrong....so simply deleted and reprogrammed the section of the Topic causing the "issue," save and activate, and all works.
