    IPOCC Recording

When I record a call , I cant see the recording on the Contact Center Recorder.
    Alarm shows that message

Failed to write XML file 890001000000087. Reason: /additional-hdd#1/890001/000/00/00/890001000000087.xml (No such file or directory).

    Can someone help?
If I FTP to the server I can see the folder /additional-hdd#1

in General setup on the contact center in settings i put /additional-hdd#1 as call storage path.

please enter full path in ACR, example: /additional-hdd#1/partition1
You can putty into IPO server and check the full path for additional drive, 'df -h'

        problem resolved

I am also having the same issue. After adding the /partition1 to the call storage path, the failed to write XML error cleared up, I can see the wav and xml files in the /additional-hdd1/partition1 folder, but they are still not transferring to the Replay section. I do see an "Error processing file" alarm that says Reason: Short Block.
any clue as to what I need to do next?
Never mind. Found the issue. had to add a single digit 0-9 to the user account to be able to search for single Line ID
