Topic fails

Hi Guys

We have a serious problem with all topic over IPOCC. Ocasionally, when the topic fails and rings, rings, rings but not answer the Task Flow. The only way for that works again is restart ChapServer Service or restart server.

Please, I will be thankful with any help or ideas.

We find that the IVR must has disable the option uninterruptible. It was resolved

Normally the Non-interruptible should be kept off.
Else it can go into an infinite loop.
