    Detail Historical Reporting

    Hi all,

    Customer wants to have a detailed report of all calls received in a topic, and export it to Excel.

    I've tried to make a detailed report, but I only see counters that aggregate data, not detailed ones.

    Any ideas?

    Have used contact details report? In this application you get a list of all calls with details of each call

      Yes, I have used it, but I don't know how to customize columns in this report.

        I explain the issue:

        My customer adds information to each call via 3 tags we've created for them. Now, what we want is a report of the calls, but including this tags.

        I'm trying to make it through the Contact Detail Reports but I can't add columns...

        Any ideas?

          That is possible. But this is a customer specific solution (typically together with APS). One has to create a privat report and a separate table in the tr database.
