Is Callback assist supported by IPOCC

Can we build Callback assist with IPOCC?.

Yes. In 9.1.x callback via outbound dialer is supported. See example in the IPOCC iso in folder Examples/callflowexamples . In 9.1.4 there will be a solution for direct callback with use of position in queue available.
