    Not ready feature

    Is there a way for an agent to be in not ready state ? The only way i founded is to use the break time feature but that cause all my calls to overflow to an external destination instead of being in the queu.

    My customer just migrated from a Nortel Symposium and they had that feature.

    need help please

    If agent is in state manual wrap up (wrap up without a call), he is not ready, but still signed on.

      During break time the agent is not signed on. So the the task flow reacts like not signed on agents. In case of manual wrap up without a call the agent ks still ssigned on and task flow works like agent is not free.
