    Timeout agentgroup topic

    Users want to change the timeout when a agent doesn't answer a call it will logout the agent from the topic.

    I changed the timeout to 40 sec in the agentgroup. And assigned the group to a topic.

    but still the agents are signed out after 15 sec not 40.

    Has some experience the same issue???

    Are the calls distributed via the considered group? Or was the in task flow programmed a distribution to the agent via last agent or preferred agent?

      I made an SR and the problem was solved by an Avaya Engineer.
