IPOCC SIP Extension not communicating with IPO

Yesterday my IPOCC customer called saying when callers hit the option for the call center (transfer to SIP Extension 699) it hangs up. It does exactly that. I noticed 2 things; 1. In system status I show a service alarm stating that my Avaya IPOCC Sip Reg expired and 2. In the license tab of IPO Manager my PLDS status shows not present/invalid. When I check the weblm it shows the license is valid. What is WRONG!!!! They have been a working customer since Feb 2015. Please Help!!!

I'm not sure why this happened. Cause, customer lost internet, result IPO did not see SIP license in PLDS. Fix, cleared error and changed voicemail pro breakout option from topic 701 to sip extension 699. None of this make sense but the customer was back in service a few days later.
