Hello all,
We have problem about IPOCC in Turkey. IPOCC is advised to Small customers because of price advantage etc. But some of them doesn’t have the agents which are capable of using English UI.
I know that we cannot customize agent UI and Turkish language is not supported for IPOCC.
I guess there is some files containing label texts of IPOCC. Maybe we can change them with turkish words then we can have Turkish UI. We only want to update labels with Turkish words, We dont want to customize UI functions etc. Is this possible?
It is very important to find new customers in Turkey.
