Hi All,

Anyone can help me for the IPOCC Description, need someone help me to translate to simple understand format.

My customer see the files is totally don't understand.

I also blur on this Description,

e.g. totnNew Counts all calls that meet the following requirements: incoming and assigned by call distribution. Counts all calls whether they lead to an established call or not.
