Today the IVR stoped recognising the DTMF choise, just repeating announcement continuously, so all callers stacked in the call flow, and never went to the Agent Group. Restarting serices with watchdog resolved the problem.
Anybody experienced similar behavior?
IPOCC cersion is 9.1.0 with critical patch.
Which log files can help to identify the root cause of problem?
