    some questions about agent group

    1.Can I change the ring mode for agent groups in IPOCC 9.1.0 as the Hunt Group before(such as ring all etc.) ?
    2.The agent will sign off the agent group after the ring timeout (15s by default),how can I solve it except for setting the ring timeout 0 ?
    3.BTW,is there any detail user guide for Administration->Configuration?

    1. You cannot use the ring modes available for IP Office hunt groups. Call routing is entirely dependent on IPOCC routing logic
    2. You cannot prevent the sign off other than ring timeout of 0
    3.For help I think best is you can use help from User interface itself and pressing F1 for specific help.       Ring Groups or Group Ring Mode is not supported in any Call Center Apps. you must use Linear (Sequential), Circular (Rotary), or Most Idle modes
