Coaching is not supported in actual version, only supervisor assistance and emergency

Yes. You can pick a call from agent status elements. Privilege for pickup is required

To avoid issues (e.g. in reporting or state signalling in User Interface) it is strongly recommended to use the pickup function in UI, especially for Topic calls
