Dialer - No answer time

If the dialer initiate a call, how can I set the no answer time for a call ? It seems it has ~15sec default settings. I want to extend it.

I believe this is set in the Number Type - Edit screen, Max. ring time setting. Goto Dialer->Options->Number Types->Edit the call type.
