    Custom Contact Bar

    I want to create custom contact bar for dialer user, which contains RPC and Closure buttons next to the default.
    Unfortunately If I uncheck the default option then the "Wrap UP" and "Extend Wrap Up" buttons not available. WHY ??? Is it a bug or is there any concept behind this?

      Have you checked the privileges of the agents? Privilege extended wrap up configured?

        Yes, all profile hava extend wrap-up privilege. If I'm try to modify contact bar Wrap-up and Extend Wrap-up buttons are missing neither from available elements neither from selected elements
        Do I need any priviliges from UI tab ?

          In Order to have a Custom Contact Bar, you need to modify it while logged in as an agent to have the Wrapup and Extended Wrapup code options.

          The solution linked provides instructions on how to do it.

            Oh God, need to setup this client-by-client. I don't see why is not possible by the administrator on profile UI settings
