    Job Codes

    Is there any way to use Job Codes manually initiated outgoing calls.

    In my customer enviroment, there is a group who responsible for outgoing calls. They are using preview dialer for bulk calls, but day-by-day there are many numbers (collected by Incomming group) which called back manually, and we want to assign 2-4 different job code. How can I do it?

    jobcodes can be used for outgoing Topic calls.
    click on dial button, mark "Outgoing ACD call", mark extern and select a Topic. The call now will be placed as a Topic call, the Agent has WrapUp and the possibility to enter Job code if configured at the topic
