When I start the agent UI I get this message:
could not allocate all required licenses! Some functions are limited or unavailable!

Im able to log into the UI but this message is new since ive reinstall the IPO server editon

This occurs when a license is exceeded like Teamleader/Real-time licenses. The UI *does* load after selecting OK but the unlicensed objects will not show, so to determine what is causing the issue look for missing blocks/reports. You can also check WebLM for license usage as well.
