IPOCC UI with Avaya Communicator

Hi,

I have a problem with IPOCC and Avaya Communicator.

The call control buttons in the IPOCC UI does not work at all. If I press the green answer button, nothing happens. I can't even drop the call if I press the red button.

I can answer the call from the Communicator though... and after I have answered, the call control buttons in IPOCC UI work as they should.

Making calls from IPOCC work as should.

IPOCC version is 9.1.0, IP Office is 9.1.4.0 and the communicator is 2.1.2.75.

Everything works fine if I use normal IP deskphone.

Can anyone help?

Problem was solved by using Avaya Communicator 2.0.3.33 as documented in IP Office Tech Bulletin 183.
