    AVAYA IPOCC 9.1 With critical

    calls reach IPOCC
    stays in IVR and gets disconnected with in 10 secs
    like 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 secs
    when the reports are been checked it is been seen that wait time in the column where TotNAbanWait <= Nthere is been mis calculated.is N value which is been set as 10
    But in report <N value shows as zero
    >N shows as 2 which are number of calls abandonded

    IPOCC9.1.0.2, patch - IPOCC9.1.0.2209.1540

    Can some one confirm
