My calls go to a vmpro module
I have an option (4) that transfer the call to a Topic

my question is: ,
When using assisted transfer, the caller will hear a short period of MOH before hearing the IVR greeting. Is there any easy way to ¸get rid of the MOH ?

Do we know the reason for delay ? Is system is having a second NIC ?

AS A TEST: Change it to transfer to an extn instead, Does the problem still happen ???
