IPOCC Licenses

Have new IPOCC 9.1 installation that is unable to get the SIP extension to register to the IPO. Have had this issue in the past when the IPO did not have a CTI Link Pro license installed. Current IPO has the following license installed: 380150 IP OFFICE R9+ CTI PLDS /E LICS, LICENSE ONLY . Will this provide the CTI Link Pro license functionality to allow the connection between IPO and IPOCC?
