Hi,

In UI, "HOME", there have "value element" for the agent, is there a way to add another counter
Example:
the name of the break code, the time of the break going, which are currently total break time


my customer want for each agent
total break time = OK
break time being
the name of the break time

have you other solution ?

Counter for Time of break and Reason of break is not available in realtime. There is no way to show these value in Home.
