Automatic sign on Mail no work

Hi all,

In the privileges agent, mail tab, I check "Automatic sign on"
but that does not automatically sign on the agent for mail

Another question: I can not find in the documentation
has What does the column " P " in " Agent Privilege "

P stands for pass on.

P stands for pass on. The Agent can pass on the appropriate privilege to another Agent.

Automatic sign on

Automatic sign on works. But first the Agent has to switch to E-Mail.

If you want to switch automatic to E-Mail set in the UI configuration (Go to -> UI config):

Mark Agent (or Profile).

Tab Application -> Active view when starting the application: -> Choose E-mail
