Agent can not login

    Agent can not login

    Is there any document about troubleshooting by TTconsle(I see lots of command in it,but i don't know the usage of them )?

    A good starting point would be the help file which comes with TTrace. In TTrace application have a look under help->Contents.

      Thanks for your advance,but the help contents just includes some "How to use TTconsle" instead of the detail desctrition for the commands

          In the right hand corner(bottom) of TTrace Console, you will observe a button named as "Info".
          If you click on that button, it switches to information, and information on Commands as well as the category switches gets displayed.

          Clicking on that button again(now the heading is "Trace"), will give you back the console output window.
