    IPOCC Reporting - Reporting Filter View Not Changing to Names

    Hi All,
    i am facing issues with the reporting filters view , i change it to Names from Abbreviation but its not working is automatically changing back to Abbreviations.

    All reports are meaning less with abbreviations , i tried from properties of each report to change but it is not working also i tried on system level from Configuration > System> Reporting Filters and change to Names and generated a report it didn't work and to my surprise when i checked the settings again the field has been again defaulted to abbreviations
    Please assist.

    In View, Option "Name" are for Descriptive information about field to be display when you are developing reports, If you want the description name to be visible in generated report then Go to Reporting Filtters and double click on field, it will ask you for new name to thatnfield. This newly added descriptive name then visible in generated report as well as in report template.

      is there any document which explains what each fields so that i can share it with the customer..
