IPOCC Web browser element in Agent User Interface
Hi Team,
I have a query regarding User interface and CRM url integration. Hope it will help all.
It is regarding the browser element in the IPOCC agent user interface. A customer uses the same to open up a CRM url with CLID tag when a call come in to the agents. As far as I understood, web browser element uses Internet explorer to open up the url. Can we make it to use, google chrome or any other web browser. This question become critical as many of CRM give compatibility issue with IE .
