    Text to Speech recognition

    Hi,

    Anyone knows how to use the action of the IVR for the speech recognition?
    I have a script with the action Announcement speech recognition with an announcement to play to the customer and some digits that the system should recognize, but when I call it this step is skipped and even the announcement is not play.

      Hi,

      Text to Speech I have it installed and working.
      I am asking about the action Speech recognition, which should recognize words like numbers instead pressing DTMF tones.

        So you .want to use speech recognitio, i.e.ASR. That's only working with ASR from Nuance.
